General Information
for Students

At RIIT we are committed to inculcate and nurture a bond of affinity even after the students bid adieu to the institute for the best of their career growth. While on campus, faculty will be your guide and mentor who aids in cracking your complexities in problem solving and drives to the conclusions in an easy-going approach. The support staff will continue the partnership, from evaluating your strength and articulating your goals. Brain storming sessions to pinpoint the weakness and to formulate future strategies for the betterment.

Schooling

Class XI and XII students (except for the Integrated tie up programmes) will have to make their own arrangements to take admission in any school, affiliated to CBSE or Rajasthan Board. However, we will guide our students for school admission.

 
Fee Particulars


The course fee paid in full at the time of admission will get 5% concession. The course fee if paid in two instalments, the Ist instalment must be paid at the time of admission & the 2nd instalment within two months from the date of admission. A late fee may be imposed thereafter.

. The course fee does not include Hostel & School fee.

. Fee is acceptable through Cash / DD / Pay-Order (should be in favour of “Rao IIT Academy” payable at Mumbai). No cheques are accepted.

. Student must write his / her Name, Application form number on the back of DD / Pay Order.

. Caution money of Rs.1000/- is refundable only after a student deposits photocopy of IIT-JEE Application form / Admit card. Any changes in Govt. levies such as Service Tax shall have to be borne by the student / parent.


 
Course Fee Refund Rules


Parents are advised to go through the fee structure and refund rules very carefully before applying. They are requested to deposit the course fee on / or before the last dates specified.

The course fee once paid will not be refunded in full under any circumstances. Refund is only possible out of the first instalment. No refund is allowed in second instalment.

However, if a student wishes to withdraw from the course for any reason,
only 75% of the course fee will be refunded from the 6th to 10th day,
only 50% of the course fee will be refunded from the 11th to 15th day

from the date of class commencement irrespective of the admission date.

No request for refund of the course fee is admissible thereafter.

Refund request through e-mail / Fax / Telephone / Mobile / SMS will not be entertained. The service tax once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If a student fails to deposit his / her fee in time; the institute reserves all rights to impose a late fee or discontinue him / her from the institute.


 
Scholarship for Merit Holders

A general scholarship as the financial assistance is available in the form of concession in course fee. The Eligibility for the same are the deserving students who secured top ranks and / or highest percentage of marks in X/XII Board examination, NTSE scholar and Olympiad top rankers. The criteria and the decision is under the jurisdiction of the management. The documents and the relevant certificates have to be produced to avail the scholarship.
